Skirts make me feel twirly...

The sun is shining in Stellenbosch, green leaves are appearing on the vines and the fields are full of wildflowers! Spring is most definitely my favourite time of year, but it can be tricky to dress for... I'm just grateful that today meant no jackets or jerseys, and I brought out one of my new high-low hem maxi skirts to replace my staple jeggings. I was also having a bit too much fun with my self-timer, so forgive the few goofy poses...

Oatmeal high-low hem maxi skirt from Mr Price (includes belt) // White tank top from Mr Price // White skirt with shell buttons from PnP Clothing // Cowboy boots from Footgear

Hair tucked into braided leather headband from Woolworths // Makeup kept simple

Brass acorn pendant on leather from Edgars

Fluorite and stone beads necklace a gift
(Science note: fluorite glows under UV light! The term 'fluorescence' comes from this mineral. How cool?)

Heart, star and 'love' rings from River Island // Assorted bangles from Identity, Sass Diva and Edgars // Mustache faced watch from River Island

(On my nails: 'Cha Cha Cha' by Tip Top)
