"Be Thankful" Tuesdays #1

Some of the small and big things I love and am thankful for

• Being able to live and study is Stellenbosch - the most beautiful town EVER!

• My AMAZING friends: both old and new
• Having a FANTASTIC birthday dinner with some old friends at Basic Bistro (above photo) last night
• Moving my bed to the opposite side of my bedroom, making the room feel SO much bigger

• The smell of the air just after it rains

• My parents - who are the most amazing role models ever

• My new white bed linens (feels so grown-up after the bright, multi-coloured sets I used to have)

• Bright lipstick
• My beautiful new flat for 2012, with its amazing view of the Stellenbosch mountains
• Ballet flats
• My iPod, and Logitech docking station, so that I'm never without my music
• My new Levi sneakers that I got with the voucher that I won from Footgear
• Forgetting to put on mascara, and realising how soft my natural eyelashes are
• Waking up early so that I can have a lazy morning

• Coco Pops Crunchers. Without milk.

• Black eyeliner
• Orange Tic-tac's
• The smell of the sea when the wind changes direction
• Fairy lights
• My beautiful new green blouse
